Excellent hotel experience
accommodating staff wet deck complimentary snacks bar service
the staff were accommodating. they met every need i had. i found the wet deck atmosphere great with complimentary snacks. the bar service was wonderful to me.
the reception area was dark. i felt the background music played constantly. this made it irksome.

this hotel offers a gym plus a breakfast service. breakfast had everything i could think of. this. the river view is astonishing for all guests.

helpful concierge central location quick room lift delay room pipes hot water
The concierge service was helpful. The central location made getting around simple. Quick room service was available .
Lifts experienced delays and had limited capacity. Room pipes whistled after use for 15 minutes. Hot water took about five minutes to heat up.

Lovely stay!
modern gym ample equipment great shower pressure
The modern gym had ample equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The large bathroom featured a great shower pressure, IT WAS wonderful. The bed was comfortable.
The valet service was quite rude, i think. Pillows were stupidly uncomfortable. There wasn't much information about different facilities.
